Typical plans include the following checks: window and door security, HVAC operation and current temperature settings, filter status, smoke detector battery checks, plumbing leaks, dripping faucets, running commodes, water heater leaks, freezer and refrigerator settings, pressing maintenance concerns, visible insect issues, overview of landscaping and exterior living spaces. Several plans include storm readiness checks and or damage reviews.

Customized plans and checklist available. Inspections made by semi-retired custom building contractor N.C. License # 7841 with over 35++ years of experience.
